The project ”Innovation and Digitalisation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina” that is funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH aims to build the capacities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to provide support to the development of the private sector through innovation and digitalisation. It is therefore organising free trainings about digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises. The participants acquire know-how they can apply directly at their companies.  

Free trainings are held in presence, as workshops (both in presence and online) and webinars (online). Webinars focus on an in-depth presentation of topics discussed during trainings and workshops, including also specific examples that enable participants to better understand how to use certain digital technologies, solutions and business models.

The goal of the next training organised by GIZ in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska is to enable the participants to improve their knowledge and exchange experiences in the field of business planning, which is an important pre-requisite for successful business strategies and good market positioning of companies.

The participants will engage in practical and interactive work and become acquainted with business planning tools (such as the digital road map) and learn how the use of digital technologies contributes to a more efficient resource management, standardisation of business processes, less work errors, optimised costs and decision making based on reliable data.

The training entitled ”Business Planning – A Digital Road Map” will take place in person at the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska (Banja Luka, ul. Branka Ćopića 6). The application deadline is Friday, May 19, 2023.   

The trainers are consultants of the German company Luvent Consulting GmbH and experts on digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises with long-term experience:
